How booking works.
Fair access to the hero
- · One advertiser per week (exclusive).
- · Max 2 hero weeks per business in any 6-week window.
- · Minimum 7 days notice (we review the hero + national placements before they go live).
- · Live availability is shown when you book in your portal.
Flat, slot-based
- · Book by the week; pay once per flight.
- · One slot per business per placement, no stacking the same placement.
- · Capped slots are first-come; when a week is full, pick another.
- · An unpaid booking releases its slot after 30 minutes.
Designed so no one buys the directory.
What your banner needs to look like.
Image banners
- · Homepage hero: 5:1 ratio, at least 1200×240px
- · JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10MB.
- · Sharp focus; no more than about 30% of the image as text.
- · Original or licensed only; you confirm the rights at upload.
- · Only the homepage hero needs an image; sidebar, search, national and footer use your existing verified listing.
Advertising standards
- · No misleading claims or false discounts.
- · Nothing offensive, discriminatory, sexual or political.
- · No alcohol, gambling, weapons, adult services or speculative finance.
- · Must comply with the Fair Trading Act and the ASA Advertising Standards Code.
- · Every banner is screened before it goes live.
- · We can reject or pause an ad at our discretion; pro-rated refund if we do.
